The beds were comfortable but the single beds need to be wider. My son kept falling out of it so I had to put him in the double bed with his dad in the end. The entertainment (when we finally found out about it ourselves) was good. The pools were great as were the slides. Lots of comfy sitting areas. Lots of availability of different food and drink sources at different times in different places. Cleaning staff were friendly and nice. The hotel was very clean in general and he cleaning staff were great, but the toilet in the reception was always smelling of urine. This needs to be looked into. Staff need to be friendlier and smile more. Some of them were rude in the way they treated us and not very helpful. Food needs to be changed up from time to time and cooked with less salt. Some stuff was really salty. Main lifts were too slow and not enough for the amount of people. We needed to be more informed about entertainment in the hotel. The cutlery was terrible. They used butter knives in place of dinner knives. Frequently we found that the cutlery and glasses were not washed properly. Once I found lipstick stains on a glass that was supposed to have been washed. Single beds were too narrow. Pillows were too flat. A few extra pillows in the rooms would help. The hotel was lovely and it's a shame the above things let it down. Food was raw on many occasions. Many times during peak times for dinner guests were left standing. Even though tables were available. Staff said not enough staff so cannot open some sections. Drinks were of poor quality. There needed to be more staff around the slides area to make sure kids were safe.

Отель недалеко от Алании, первая линия. До аэропорта Анталии около 100 км. Несмотря на конец сезона- большой ассортимент блюд- все вкусно. С аниматорами все грустно- развлекали сами себя- хорошо что были большой компанией.

Лучший отель в Турции , где я была, а я их посетила 15 из них 10 пятёрок. Я никогда не возвращалась дважды в отель, а в него бы вернулась. Я очень привередливая и этот пока лучший отель в моей жизни, даже если сравнивать со всеми. Одни плюсы, не одного минуса не нашла. Он просто идеален. Смело езжайте, он стоит своих денег.
