The hotel furniture and rooms are new and good...
The problem was that if you come on breakfast and dinner late not in the beginning some of food you can not reach. .if some food finished they do not put again the same food..
The food was good.
The hotel was not at all clean. There were ants everywhere on the floor. When you tell them, they ask if you have thrown candy at the floor and left the balcony door open because “we don’t have ants here”.
The staff was very rude and impolite and did not even greet us with any words. They blamed us for the ants in our room and when we complained over the blaming, we were yelled at.
Если не ждать лакшери отдых, и сильно не придираться, то на пару дней пойдет (наш отель был на стопе и пришлось заехать на 2 дня сюда). Понравилась снек бар по меню. Неплохой Спа, хотя сломаны верхние полки в сауне. Массаж делаю девушки с Бали, неплохо
Платный интернет, браслеты вешают только в 14.00, до этого нельзя пользоваться инфраструктурой отеля (вернее можно, но за 10€ в час). Нет мороженого, нет айрана в упаковках.
отель супер, персонал доброжелательный. еда на любой вкус. достаточно много развлечений для детей. есть так же вечерние программы для взрослых. номера чистые. вообщем отличное сочетание цены и качества.
