Цена качество (2000 лир за большую квартиру вне сезона). Очень полезный и вежливый хозяин Берат. Точка ГПС на островке указана неверно. Здание можно найти по указателям от дороги, оно на некотором отдалении от дороги. Парковка хорошая, место преимущественно для людей на машинах.
