Quiet location a bit off of a side street. I'm not sure that an unaccompanied (foreign) female would feel comfortable, but I didn't have any issues.
The room is as described.
The landlord is very helpful and easy-going. A big love-chair converts into an extra bed! The washing machine
is very convenient. The apartments are close to nice cafes and about five blocks from Nicolsky Shopping Mall.
The owner was polite and helpful. The wi-fi was good. The city center was close. Free parking was provided.
