Beautiful themed hotel in the middle of the old town, not too far from the ferry. We loved our room, which was styled after the Uruguayan painter. Great-sized room, excellent shower. Enjoyed the view from the rooftop. Very kind staff - thank you for your helpful suggestions about the local restaurants. Good breakfast.

The staff were incredibly helpful. They helped us make and then change a car reservation to the airport when the airline changed our flight time late at night. We really appreciated their help.

The staff was perhaps the friendliest I’ve ever encountered in a hotel (where I have spent much of my time due to work). The hotel has true charm, the breakfast was top (not something I usually am paying too much attention to but it stood out how artfully they served my scrambled eggs!). The furnishings is not modern or new but it is part of the style and fits 100%. Bathroom facilities and library also top. I loved my one night here.

The property is very beautiful, super clean and an excellent location!
