The unit itself is good and beautiful enough and the location of the condominium is close to the city proper and accessible to tourist attractions, mall, church, etc.
its quiet. but i dont like the parking entrance. its very steep. not best for low ground clearance.
The location was good. Walking distance to the SM mall and main attraction in Bagiuo.
