I book the matrimonial deluxe suite and it was a small little stuffy room that i really could never stay in. I upgraded to a suite and it was much more spacious and they came in and gave it a good cleaning for me. I stayed an extra three nights at total of five because the location was central in dumaguete. No opening windows to the outside and i had a hard time getting fresh air. Not a bad place but maybe 5 days was too much.

It was central. My room was quiet. Air conditioning good. Some cups for my tea. Hot and cold water available every day. Good TV with sport and films in english

golden gate has been my choice when staying in dumaguete. The location is at the center of everything, few blocks away from the boulevard, they have 7-11 right below the hotel, across of it are nearby pharmacy, market (where you can buy budbud - their delicacy) and places to eat.
