The staff, the room was clean and had the necessary accessories for a comfortable stay.
The property is nice and clean staff are very polite and helpful and we enjoy our stay in holiday inn cebu
Breakfast buffet was really good. Location was great....near Ayala mall. I mention it was our anniversary and was then surprised with an anniversary piece of cake, delivered to the room. Very nice and thoughtful!! We had television problem twice....called the problem in yo the front desk and the repair technician response time was incredibly fast! Also repair was done quickly.

Wonderful place to stay. Rooms are big, comfy, and clean. Facilities are very nice and clean. Less than ten minute walk to the mall. Staff are very cheerful, friendly, and very helpful.
