Horizon 101 is the tallest complex in Cebu. It is modern and well kept. The apartment was self-contained with working air-conditioning, hot shower, refrigerator, toaster oven, microwave and rice cooker along with a range of pots and pans. Gym and outdoor swimming pool on level nine was very nice.
Great big room with big bathroom. Great view of city. A simple kitchen too and Netflix.
