Very nice studio apartment in cebu city in a nice residential complex
Had all essential items to be able to cook
Walking distance to a selection of shopping centers
Lots of security around the complex
Small bar and some food stalls around the complex
7 Eleven within a 2 minute walk.
Smart tv with Netflix
Very helpful assistant who was able to help us out during our stay (new towels, logging into the Netflix account)
The location is across Mabolo Church and this is our 2nd time we went to Persimmon what I like about the place is cleanliness and also the infinity pool. My kids love to swim there. My family has a great quick vacay at their condo. Thank you!
We love how spacious it is for a studio and how we were able to use the appliances well.
We used this condo as our base for when staying in Cebu and are glad we did.
The place was clean, nice, cozy and comes with kitchen amenities. Close to convenient store and the care taker was nice.
