I stayed for a night and the place serves it's purpose quite well. Good concept, though it isn't Japanese quality, which is a rather high standard. I'd say it is better than the other capsule hostel/hotel in Cebu in terms of quality, though the other is only a short walk to the ferry pier. Free water for the guests is always a winner. Bed is comfortable, and the capsule can be locked with your own lock and key. You receive a towel. It is about a 15 to 20 min walk from the area where you can find many places to eat. You do only receive a sheet to cover yourself, though I did not think it was cold within the capsule whatsoever.

Good for short stay and the place was clean. Perfect for passers by while waiting for their flight.

I had a great stay at this hostel. The location is superb, with a 7-Eleven just nearby, making it very convenient. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any requests. For the price, it's definitely worth the money. It's also a great place for solo travelers looking to connect with others or just have someone to chat with.
