Location was excellent, right next to shopping, restaurants, trams, buses and beach. Clean. Good airconditioning, the mezzanine was a little warmer though (there was a fan on the mezzanine, but we didn't use it). Good kitchen equipment. The bed is a mattress directly on the mezzanine, quite comfortable. Bathroom was quite nice.
