Huge flat 60m2. Or maybe even bigger. Central and all metro lines are within minutes of walking distance
This is my second time in the apartment . It's big, bright, clean, located in my favourite area in Paris. Regardless some problems that can be fixed (and I hope will be fixed for my next time) this will be my choice and recommendation

Excellent service and very friendly and helpful staff.
I liked that the host communicated days prior to arrival to keep us informed of our travel and stay. I also liked that she greeted us when we arrived, especially early arrival.
We loved that we were within a mile of the Louvre, within 1 1/2. blocks from a park, 1 block from two restaurants and two blocks from a National police station.
The bedroom, bath and kitchen/dining areas were nice size. Lock on door was impressive. Bed was comfortable. A request for things that did not work were immediately corrected.
