1. Excellent location. Just 5 minutes walk from the beach, markets, enjoyment areas.

4. This apartment may not be for you if - you do not like stairs (there are two floors of stairs).
It’s a nice small studio located in the old part of Nice. The main complaint is the building itself, it is rundown in desperate need of attention and not safe at all.
