Clean and comfortable. Kitchen has the basic stuff you need to make a decent breakfast before you go on your way. Really quiet and even though I didn't get to use it the terrasse is a really nice touch. It's near the train station and with train you can easily and cheaply visit the surrounding area, which I highly recommend. A bunch of fast food places and restaurants all around. City beach is just 10min away on foot.

The apartment was very nice and clean, even better when it looked on pictures. It would be good to add some lamp in the outside area, because we were not able to sit outside in the evening because of the darkness. The location was also very good, 3 min from the main station.

Tha apartment was super clean and comfortable. When we stayed, it was really hot in Nice and the air con saved us! It was lovely to have the terrace to eat breakfast and air dry our clothes. It was also really well situated, a few minutes walk to the train station which is ideal for doing day trips. It’s about a 10-15 minute walk from the beach too. It was also very quiet in the area, so we had no trouble sleeping. We would definitely come back to Nice and stay here

We loved how close it was to the train station and that we had the possibility to eat most of our meals at the terrace. It was clean and had a good bed.
