Great apartment right in the centre of Annecy located at the back of a restaurant. Spacious inside with a nice bathroom. There are steep stairs to access the apartment as others have mentioned and there is most definitely no view at all, so don't expect to see the lake! We parked in the car park under the arts centre about 5 mins away and it cost us EUR11 for 2 days which was good value.

The property was nice and clean and suitable for family of four with teenage kids for a short stay. Nice modern decoration and lovely modern art at the property to admire. Located very centrally at the old town of Annecy. Communication with the hosts was very smooth and they were helpful with advise on arrival and the nearest parking facilities. The breakfast delivered to the door in the morning was great.

Very spacious, homely and warm as cold in December outside. Breakfast was more than enough and delivered.
