We had a very pleasant stay at this location, the appartment is very clean and well equiped, the balcony is large and cosy, the area is quiet and civilezed, the underground parking was useful and it is nearby, by car, to the lake and the old city center. The Dyson cooler was helpful and also the window rollers. We recommend it for a visit in Annecy.
Great location, everything walkable from apartment. All very clean and had everything you needed. Very quiet apartment block. Shutters were great at keeping out the heat. Underground parking very easy .Very friendly check in and out. Would definitely visit again. Thank you.
Posizione veramente ottima, il centro raggiungibile facilmente passeggiando, servizi/negozi poco distanti. Tranquillità e silenzio. Comodo il parcheggio nel garage dell' edifico.
Appartement très bien équipé, fonctionnel, très bon emplacement. Merci nous avons passé un très bon séjour et merci à la personne qui nous a accueillis, avec beaucoup de gentillesse.
Super accueil, l’appartement est spacieux et a tout ce qu’il faut. Il est très bien placé dans Annecy il est possible de tout faire à pied.
