We had a very pleasant stay at this location, the appartment is very clean and well equiped, the balcony is large and cosy, the area is quiet and civilezed, the underground parking was useful and it is nearby, by car, to the lake and the old city center. The Dyson cooler was helpful and also the window rollers. We recommend it for a visit in Annecy.

Great location, everything walkable from apartment. All very clean and had everything you needed. Very quiet apartment block. Shutters were great at keeping out the heat. Underground parking very easy .Very friendly check in and out. Would definitely visit again. Thank you.

Het appartement was voorzien van een groot terras, ruime bad- en slaapkamer. Grote keuken van alle gemakken voorzien en zelfs de gebruiksaanwijzing van de apparaten waren aanwezig. En alles was schoon! We hadden een garagebox gehuurd onder het appartement. Handig om onze auto en racefietsen veilig te stallen!
