The apartment was in a great location in the heart of the old town. There are tons of restaurants, shops and bars minutes away. The staff was helpful and gave great info about Nice. The apartment was nice but a little small for our family of 5 (when the couch bed is open- a little hard to walk around downstairs). Would be great for 4 people. The 2nd bedroom is also a loft which was fine for my teenagers but not great if you were 2 couples. The beach is a 5 min walk. We did day trips to Eze, and Monaco and the next day to Antibes which we all loved.

great location, quiet restful accommodation. great coffee machine. Facilities were bang on.
bedroom nicely separated with a door at night.
The location was on point!Very close to the beach,restaurants,market and some attractions in Nice.The apartment is equipped with everything we need.Airconditioned was a big help as temperature was soaring high in Nice.
Brilliant. We dropped in to Bagguys shop and we were met by the operators. So nice, and gave 10-15 mins explaining top tips about the area.
