Emplacement idéal à côté de la plage et de la côte, ideal pour les baignades et footings /marches! Carrefour à 900m. A côté de l'arrêt de bus qui va au centre de St Malo. Cuisine assez bien équipée.
Appartement située a 150 mètres de la plage du Pont.
Plage très agréable et tres peu de monde.
Tout et accessible en voiture, a pied ou en vélos sans problèmes.
