The receptionist was very accommodating and helpful. The room is typical for Ibis Budget: minimalist but functional. Luckily, we've got a larger room, with sofa. Clean and tidy. The place is at (long) walking distance from Intra Muros. The bathroom is large enough and very clean.

Room was a typical budget room with everything in it very good be it small space. One cannot quibble as it was very competitively priced. Our bicycles were kept in a very secure garage across the road from the hotel using a combination key code. Staff all very friendly, helpful and efficient.

The staff were extremely helpful, even assisting with hot drinks in the evening. We found a free roadside place to park just outside the hotel. However, there are places to park at the back of the hotel for 12 euros if there are no roadside parking places available. Payment for parking in the hotel itself. The hotel is situated on a ring road but we were not disturbed by any noise. Power points with a net to place your phone in at each bed space for charging phones was most helpful.

Good size room with good hanging space etc, and large opening window. Excellent Buffet breakfast.

Despite our late evening arrival, the receptionist was very accommodating and helpful, particularly about finding a car parking spot. The room was clean and comfortable. Ideal for a one night stop over when arriving by ferry.
