Apartment location is very good being approx 8 mins walk from St Laurant du Var train station and walking distance of approximately 15 mins from CAP 3000 and great shopping.
Apartment had everything we needed and was spotlessly clean. The pool was a great added bonus.
Beautiful, modern apartment in an apartment building, with access to the swimming pool and tennis court. From the apartment, 5 minutes to the train station, from which you can get to Nice, Cannes or Monaco. Additionally, the apartment has a terrace, a small garden and a parking space, all fenced and closed.
