Great location, and super comfy room. I left something by accident and the team found it and shipped it back to me. Above and beyond.
5th time staying here over the span of 2 yrs... despite being a 3.star hotel, it's always pleasant to stay at this hotel. Always very clean, amazing staff and quiet at night for good sleep.
The rooms are large and have a lot of facilities, even a small dishwasher. The property is very close to the centre of Reims in a beautiful classic location. Reims is a beautiful city well worth visiting.
The staff were excellent, friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The beds were super comfortable, and the rooms were clean and kitchen well stocked. Breakfast was a great deal and had lots of choices. The area was nice and quiet at night.
Friendly and totally hassle-free check-in. We had a large, duplex style apartment with full mini-kitchen which was comfortable and spotlessly clean. Plenty of on-street parking directly outside of the property. Close to the carhedral and plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance. Stayed for two nights and would definitely recommend as a good value alternative to a hotel.
