when i check in the receptionist told us no one will help for the luggage, but I was struggle with luggage and they saw that didn't even care with 2 of receptionist stand there. and cleaning people are nice, saw me and help

Very nice hotel across from the lake with a beautiful rooftop bar and pool, which we enjoyed! There’s even public lakeside swimming a few minute walk away. Annecy is a lovely little town.
Excellent service. Breakfast and diner excellent. Room very clean. The water dispenser was wonderful and very nice touch. Location excellent.
