Location was excellent. Close to old Nice, bakeries, supermarkets, restaurants, and night life within walking distance. Great views of the ocean. Great host.
- It has a central location with almost instantaneous access to all forms of transportation, e.g., tram and bus. Also, it has many supermarkets and bakeries nearby.
- The neighborhood and the promenade are a joy to walk in. We walked almost everywhere.
- The balcony of the flat has a fully direct, exceptionally good view of the Promenade des Anglais and its wonderful beaches.
- All amenities function perfectly.
- It was very roomy, all rooms had ample space.
- Our host Linda was very attentive and sweet. She helped us greatly for checking in earlier then we were supposed to.
Would stay again with no doubt.
Our flight was late arriving in Nice, but the property manager was very accommodating and understanding, which was greatly appreciated after having flown a long distance to get there.
Clean apartment and a beautiful view. We really enjoyed the porch in the evenings after a long day just to relax and hear the ocean. We appreciated having some coffee pods available to get us started! We had a few really warm days and the AC was really nice and worked well.

There is a gas station with a market close by which was really convenient.
It was wonderful to have a parking spot and not to have to deal with finding parking!
Very well located appartment with exceptional view. Next to the beach, close to shops, restaurants, public transports..The apartment is well equiped.
