Would love to come back and stay longer next time. Beautiful, clean apartment in the center of town.
Location was good and apartment nice. Beautiful building all around. Paid parking was super close for having “no parking”. Shower water pressure was great.
This is the best apartment in which we have stayed in two months of cycling in France, Italy and Switzerland. We stayed for two nights but would love to have stayed for longer.
Valerie and Paul greeted us on arrival, were gracious in allowing an early check in and provided us with a secure lockup for our bicycles.
The apartment, which was in an historically significant area of Auxerre, was very spacious, complete with terrace and had a great kitchen/living area.
It was wonderful to stay in one of the half timbered houses of Auxerre, the street and house views from the windows were marvelous. The windows were able to be opened thus enabling good ventilation.
I particularly liked the lack of clutter and tasteful decoration giving us lots of space to enjoy our stay.

Everything. The owners were delightful. The apartment was perfect and has a lovely out side patio. We felt very honored that the owners allowed us to water the plants on this lovely patio. They don't know I have a black thumb. The good news all the plants survived us.
This is a historic old property that has been recently renovated. The rooms were large and the view of the old town was spectacular. This unit also has a large terrace with a table for dining. There was a code for the front door and a lock box for the keys. Checking in and out was very easy. There is also free parking a short walk away, but the unit it self is in the historic center of Auxerre. It is an easy walk to the river, the cathedral and the center of the old town.
