the apartment is very large, i was travlling alone for work, and it was huge for me. Very clean and all aminities you would want. Its perhaps 10 mins walk to town - i was in the area as working at the Cannes Yacht show, it was perhaps 20 mins to walk to the far side of the marina. When i arrived there was a 5 minute wait for the owners father to meet me at the gate. Sadly, my french is very limited, and he spoke no English - but between us, he was able to show me round the apartment how demonstate how things work (Aircon / coffee machine etc) and he walked me round the building - showing me how to access the garage/refuse/pool etc.

The apartment iwas absolutely fabulous! The location was perfect, just a short walk from the beach and close to all the shops and restaurants. The layout of the apartment was spacious and modern, with all the amenities we could need for our stay. The balcony is fantastic and we enjoyed relaxing out there each evening. The host was very accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed. We had a great time and would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Cannes.
