We received information on how to go to the place ahead of the arrival. On the day of departure we asked to store our luggage as our train was leaving only in the evening. That was possible in an associated hotel without any issue.
The place is spacious, with a complete kitchen, large bed for two and big shower, bathroom with a separate toilet. WE had a question about opening the key-box and we received advice immediately. The place is located conveniently a three minutes walk from the cathedral with Tram and Bus lines nearby.
Very clean and great location. Excellent hosts and convenient to get in the building.
The living room furniture was comfortable, the large dining table was a good space to work with. The armoires allowed us to unpack. The small terrace was nice. The linens were nice, good pillows, large bathroom. The washing machine is a plus.
We actually stayed in a different apartment as the one we booked had fire damage but good communication meant this wasn’t a problem.The apartment was in the centre of beautiful Bordeaux and host helped us with parking.
Great location down a quiet street. Spacious and clean. Very comfortable beds and linen.
