Proximity to both Nice Garr and tram station. Also lots of shops and restaurants nearby. A supermarket just outside of property.

We had an amazing stay. This apartment offers so much space and was impeccably clean. Has all the amenities you need and check in was smooth and easy. Our host even offered us an earlier check in and was in constant contact. Great location as the major sites are no longer than a 15 minute walk in any direction. I noticed other reviews mentioned loud noise early in the morning but we did not have this issue. 10/10 experience and would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

The apartment was really clean and nicely decorated, and the air-conditioning worked great! The facilities were also good for a shorter stay. Really nice to have a laundry machine.

Nice apartment, very clean. No problem with check-in. I was stressed about deposit, but it was returned without problem.

The apartment is ideally located in the centre of Nice next to the beach and any facility. We could do everything by walk. We particularly appreciated all communications with the host who was very efficient.
