Location superb. 5 minutes on foot to Place Massena, about the same to the beach. Very safe and quiet area. Also convenient - chemists, supermarkets all within 3-4 minutes as were some good cafes. Aircon was excellent
Good location close to City Centre but lovely quiet building (silence between 10pm and 9am!) - lift available to apartment. Towels and simple toiletries provided. Modern kitchen and bathroom.
Bel appartement décoré avec goût, d'un confort rare, et d'un calme absolu en dépit de sa position centrale. Bonne literie, belle salle de bain également. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié l'équipement de la cuisine, très complet, cela change de la mesquinerie de certains meublés que nous avons pu louer. Le propriétaire est réactif et l'immeuble paisible.
