Location and facilities are great. Quiet. Comfortable and very clean.
This beautiful apartment is easy to find and it's in a great location. This apartment was very spacious (2 floors) and secure, with a little patio to enjoy your morning coffee. There was everything for you to cook your own food or you can choose different restaurants around the corner, supermarket just 7 min away across the river. Communication was fast, and owner explained all the steps to get the keys.

Tout, l'emplacement, le cadre de la résidence, le rez-de-jardin, l'appartement spacieux ( nous étions 2 mais il aurait parfaitement convenu pour 2 couples avec même de la place pour des lits parapluie), de la place de rangement, propre, tout équipé. Que du bonheur! Un excellent rapport qualité-prix!
Belle situation à la fois très proche des quais de l’Yonne et du centre ville quoique devant une route très passante. L’appartement est inclus dans un joli ensemble ancien avec un petit espace privé dehors très agréable.
