As stated on listing the apt is tiny and it’s NOT located in the old town but it is a few blocks and a few min walk from the train station. It’s an easy walk to tourist office and old town and the seaside. Step outside and you’re at the bus stop. Bus 600 will take you to Nice for 2.25 E and the buses to Sospel and Tende are also just outside. While not the prettiest part of town it’s convenient. Apt is as listed, it’s tiny but neat and clean. The washing machine is a big plus. There’s iron and board. Bruno was our contact and he gave us privacy and responded quickly. The linen was crisp and clean and the bed mattress very comfy. The room divider is a smart touch.
