The location is fantastic. It’s so close to the beach and lots of restaurants and shops. I highly recommend for the value. It’s super spacious compared to all other places we looked at. U have a whole living room with kitchen plus a separate bedroom.
Useful location fairly close to the Promenade, an OK walk from the main train station. Good baker directly across the road and 2 mini supermarkets within 5 minutes.
Perfect location, just 1 minute to the sea.
A lot of cafes and restaurants near you.
As per the name of the property it’s legit! It’s near to all. we had a good time exploring Nice/South of france. And Thierry, he’s so nice he is one call away to accommodate our inquiry about our stay in his property. Flat is neat, clean and complete appliances.
