Отель Cosy 39m with terrace in Aubervilliers, Обервилье, Франция

The host was very nice. The apartment is close to metro Station and a park. We liked the river view. The apartment was clean and with the kitchen facility. Overall, we liked it.

We stayed for 5 nights. It was a cosy apartman for our family with 2 teenagers. Host is very communicative, he always answered very fast.

The location was great, because it was very close to the Metro Station. We were able to move around easily and get everywhere we wanted in Paris. There is a big store right around the corner, for groceries shopping til 9 PM. The neighbourhood didn't look too fancy, but still we didn't feel unsafe at all, even walking around later in the evening or very early in the morning. The building in which the apartment is located is nice, the windows are facing a park, so it's pretty quiet. The instructions that we got per email/SMS for getting the keys and for all other issues came very fast and were very clear, the communication was great. The kitchen is well equipped for basic needs.

Хороший будинок, легка передача ключів. Чиста, нова постіль та рушники. Простора ванна кімната. Є ліфт. Хороший інтерет. Метро поряд. Все супер. Не вистачало лише кухонних рушників
