Beautiful property located very close to the beach, This was my first time in Nice France and the host made it a breeze lovely clean apartment located next to everything you would need, plan on returning and booking again next time I am in Nice.

This is a really fantastic apartment with an amazing balcony, where you don't see your neighbours and can have privacy. You have a beautiful view of a church garden with a lot of green. The apartment is fully equipped; everything is excellent quality. The kitchen is equipped with many utensils for cooking and serving food, various cables to connect devices to the TV; a washing machine is also available, as are plenty of pillows and cushions to ensure your comfort. We also appreciated the apartment's quietness and abundance of flowers, which create a homey atmosphere even when you're far from home.

The location was excellent. Restaurants right outside.

Great location right next to a bustling lively street. Still, super quiet and private. Spacious apartment with lovely balcony.
