The property is amazingly we had a minor issue at the second floor restaurant for dinner. The manejar of the restaurant the day after came and we exposed the situation and everything was clear.
The service provided by Gael at the concierge is high level. I would say that it’s the best I have experienced. People at reception and bell very good! Thanks
