Quiet, relaxing and convenient location. In the heart of the city, close to beach and shops yet a few minutes walk from the train station. The concierge, Amo, was helpful and responsive.

Comfy apartment with very nice terrace. Great location, useful kitchenware set and even a beach umbrella. Very convenient contactless check in and check out and hosts are always in touch in case you need something.

The location, the host (or the host's representative), the independence, the price. The walk to the beach is 2 minutes-long or 3 minutes-long if you have a nagging wife and spoilt children (which is not the case for me). The fully-equipped kitchen + other appliances give you the freedom to enjoy your holidays without having to spend a fortune on breakfasts at cafes and having your laundry done. The host (or a representative thereof) is super-friendly, helpful and speaks fully-communicative English. There was absolutely nothing to complain about our stay. Menton is expensive and so I think this is the perfect option for the less affluent holidaymakers from Eastern Europe (like ourselves).
