The place was just as promised! Very nice, very comfortable, everything worked. The balcony was the perfect little extra! I liked the location in Dinan as well, right across from a market and close to lots of great shops. And the host (Jeremy) was fantastic. I messed up with the dates of my reservation, and he was patient and accommodating and kind, let me leave my stuff in the building while I figured out my plans, even tried to help me find another place. Overall, I had an excellent stay (especially for the price!!!) and I very highly recommend.
Loved the little balcony to have coffee and people watch. Good quality mattress ( may be a couple of firmer pillows would be great) and everything was spotlessly clean. Nice pot of ground coffee for the percolator and a cold carafe of water in the fridge on arrival. Sometimes small things mean a lot.
