Located not far from Nice Ville Station and bus stops and lightrail stops, less than 5mins walk from the beach, within walking distance of many city attractions so I didn't even use my 48hour public transport ticket. I also walked from the port one night and it was not far either. The building is aged and elegant, inside renovated and modern, has everything you need except for laundry liquid. Bed is very comfy. Room quite spacious. The lift is classic, I have only seen one in a movie, personally really liked it but if you travel with lots of luggages could be a problem. Staff really nice. Also responded to my questions pre-checkin very spontaneously. A budget price but probably better than most hotel rooms at the same price level because they are all quite small in Nice.
