Spacious apartment with all the facilities we needed for our stay.
It was a short walk to the old town and the train station is nearby for day trips out of St Malo
L'équipement global est excellent et très complet. Beaucoup de places de rangement. Le salon est très agréable, lumineux. La cuisine est très bien équipée. Belle salle de bains, wc séparé.
Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und hervorragend ausgestattet. Es gibt zwei Schlafzimmer, einen geräumigen Flur und ein großes Wohnzimmer mit Essbereich. Es handelt sich um einen Neubau mit überwiegend neuen Möbeln. Die Lage ist hervorragend, man ist zu Fuß sehr schnell am Strand und im Zentrum der Stadt. Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig gelegen und verfügt über einen kleinen Garten mit schöner Terrasse. Zur Begrüßung erwarteten uns Kaffeekapseln. Sogar Waschmittel für die Waschmaschine würde zur Verfügung gestellt. Unser Kontakte mit der Vermieterin war ausgesprochen freundlich. Die Garage ist ebenfalls sehr geräumig. Es handelt sich um eine abschließbare Doppelgarage in der Tiefgarage. Die Dachbox muss vom Auto jedoch abgemacht werden, was kein Problem ist, da die Garage so geräumig ist. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.
Très bel appartement, confortable et spacieux. Très bon contact. Avec le soleil la terrasse est un plus indéniable. 20mn Intra-Muros à pieds.
