Great apartment, well equipped, comfortable and with lovely views over the river.
The location is definitely perfect, very central and close to everything. Apartment is spacious and accommodates a family well.

Great value - just on the edge of Rouen city centre, with all the main attractions within a short walk. The apartment is a good size, clean, well-equipped and surprisingly quiet considering the location. Secure parking was easy to find a short walk away at the Ibis/Mercure, and free parking would have been available a little further. Unloading was easy straight outside the door. Our host responded immediately when asking about how to access the apartment, which is easy with a key code. Very well located for eating out, even though that's still very tricky for vegetarians in France! Rouen is a pleasant and interesting city; we'd visit again, and we'd certainly consider staying here in that event.
