I had booked my stay for two nights with breakfast.
The second morning we were informed that the breakfast booking applies only for the first of the two days.
The person in the reception was very polite, however we could not have breakfast.
As I had never before experienced such a situation, I tried to contact booking.com but I kept receiving messages indicating the same email address.
