The proximity to the tram and all features of the apartment. Even though it is close to the highway/train there was very little noise. The windows appear to be soundproof! The floors are comfortable and leaving shoes at entryway is a good practice here. Lots of storage and clean linens are supplied. Kitchen is well stocked and there is a dishwasher. Bathroom even has a bidet. Washer was easy to use and drying rack was large enough to hold two loads! The two porches were well situated for privacy and access. Sofa beds were easily accessible using the video instructions provided. Everything gave you the sense you were welcome!

Отличная квартира, очень близко пляж и остановка трамвая, также рядом подземная парковка (мы брали машину и это было важно) и супермаркет. Нам очень подробно описали, где лежат ключи, поэтому не было никаких проблем с получением. В квартире два больших балкона, есть все необходимая техника.
