Excellent location!! Studio apartment was clean and new; bed very comfortable and great shower. Would stay there again!
The place is as advertised. It is newly renovated and in a fantastic location. For the value, it is great. Paris is a very expensive city, so this spot is a great value. The sofa bed is firm, but I found it very comfortable which is the most important thing about a rental. Bathroom was great and newly renovated. Overall, I would recommend this place.
Good location. Similar to pictures. No aircon but had a fan and heater. Washing machine also very useful for multilegged trips with ironing board, clothes rack.
The apartment is nice, but be ready that it's a sofa bed, which is not comfortable. The room is small. Bed lining was very good, there were all the facilities like shampoo and etc, the apartment is well equipped. Location is good and bad at the same time.
Firstly the street was very dirty, and there was a construction site in the same building, the noise was terrible. But contrariwise the apartment is very close to Notre Dame de Paris, about 10 min walk.
We were very satisfied with the accommodation! The apartment is clean, modernly renovated. The equipment was very sufficient. The biggest advantage of the apartment is its location, within walking distance of Notre Dame or the Louvre Museum. Although the apartment is located on a fairly busy street, it is situated in a courtyard, so no noise was heard. The street is full of cafes and restaurants or shops.
