Modern clean facilities. Check in person was very nice and helpful, name? Location, quick walk to lake and old town. Comfortable bed and pillows. Great shower.
Location is good that it is not in the heart of the tourist area, but is close to the train station, which can be both good and bad as there are people hanging around. Parking for the hotel is in a local parking garage which is near the hotel, but had many people hanging out in the parking area. Did not feel safe in that regard. Rooms are small, so book accordingly. We loved that electric bikes were available at the hotel and easy to use. Lots of restaurants in walking distance. Great scenery in walking distance. Great biking around Lake Anncey.
Clean and easy access from the train station. Perfection for a trip to see Annecy. Staff were super friendly. Was just what I needed.
Everything! Hotel is fabulous - cool decor, friendly staff, spotless and great location.
Feels luxurious, it smells really nice, comfy bed, nice shower. We got a room upgrade and the room was bigger with a sofa!
