Nice, very clean, slightly old-fashioned (not in a bad way) hotel, well placed near Central Albi. Outstandingly helpful staff- bilingual. Very well run. Plenty of room in bedroom. Secure carpark. Overall, a strong recommendation.
Caroline and the staff were wonderful. Friendly and helpful. The Hostellerie and its garden are an oasis near the heart of the city.
Location excellent to experience Albi on foot. Parking was easy. It’s an older hotel but has plenty of charm.

This place had a wonderful room that was clean with an updated bathroom. The best part was the location, only a few steps away from the central Place du Vigan. The hotel had parking, but there was also an underground parking facility underneath place du Vigan that was easy to use as well.
