Fatima was so helpful and kind. She contacted me by email to ensure that my access to the property was smooth as I arrived in the middle of the night. I also had to leave early in the morning and even though she was very busy, she stopped what she was doing to help me sort out transportation to the train station. She also offered me a hot drink although it was not breakfast time yet. This was a lovely, clean, central location hotel and I will stay again.

Hotel near to the Cathedral, the old town and the museum. In that area is not easy to find somebody that speaks in english but in this hotel there is Fatima that is very nice, kind and she always try to speak in english and make your life easier. Thank you Fatima!
