The staff is out of this world amazing? Magnifique!
Fanny out did herself everyday. She is kind, funny, and works so hard.
A nice hotel, close to the slopes, rooms are clean and well decorated and the spa is nice.
Great service quality, wonderful, helpful staff in restaurants ( Nikolai, Elhora, Leandro), excellent ski rental service directly to hotel, great shuttle service to supermarkets etc., excellent dinner menus (michelin star courses at dinner)
Attentive, personal, friendly staff (thanks Olivia!). Excellent food, great bar, nice pool and jacuzzi. Comfortable clean rooms. The location is an easy pleasant walk to Belle Plagne center and perfect ski-in ski-out in winter. We'll be back.
Location was beautiful with very large Terrace over looking the mountains. Stunning!
