Super friendly staff. Facilities were clean and breakfast was tasty. It was also right across from the train station and a five minute walk downtown. There was parking and they immediately sent a message with how to use the facilities (codes, hours, etc) Would highly recommend!
The hostess was wonderful and understanding. She went out of her way to help us with all of our needs and our comically terrible French.
really good location next to train station but also within easy walking distance to centre of town
The hotel has two branches - one in town and one at the airfield at Haguenau. We were staying at the one in town, but arrived via the airfield. We received a very warm welcome, a cab was called fro us, and we were given free coffee while we waited.
Very close to the town, good big room, breakfast nice
