This hotel is truly unique, it has interesting caves that are set up for various options , breakfast wine tasting etc . Throughout the building the quality and workmanship of the restoration is 1st class. Foremost
The entire staff are so attentive and helpful it was really a pleasure. Last but not least the dinner and service, Wine, desert was top drawer. And your in the middle of a great wine region Chablis is 20+ minute drive. We hope to return
