Cozy place, the best experience was with the lady in front desk, very professional, kindly, helpful and friendly.
Very good location, close to the places we wanted to visit.
Location ! 5 minutes from Abbaye des Dames and 3 tramway stops from train station. Very friendly and helpful staff. Quiet and clean rooms.
The receptionist was super nice and helpful at all times, it felt like she was going out of her way to give us the best experience. The location is perfect, right in the city center, but probably not for light sleepers, as it is right above many bars where there seems to be an intense nightlife even during the week. Anyway, it wasn't bothering us, it was great to be close to everything. The view is nice from the room, it looks right at the boats of the small harbor. We also took our dog, and it was perfectly all right. We requested a room with a bathtub, which was honored. The room itself is good value for the money you pay.
Centrally located near the town Centre & buses. The room was small but very clean and the staff were incredibly friendly & helpful and made us feel welcome from the first moment
The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We were able to drop our bags off before check-in and the staff carried our very heavy suitcase up and down the stairs for us.
